The Wellesley Neighbors Health Committee invites you to attend a talk by Denise Roskamp, M.D. on the link between Chronic Disease and Nutrition.

Since May of 2012, Denise has been the owner and president of Home Helpers, a fully licensed, insured and bonded home care agency providing compassionate and reliable support and care to elders and their families throughout the Boston MetroWest area. From 2003 to 2012, Denise was the Assistant Director of MetroWest SHINE (a Medicare/Medicaid counseling program for seniors).Denise holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the University of Massachusetts Medical School, and is a licensed Dementia Trainer and Practitioner.
