Since 2006, Fuji Steak House,at both lunchtime and dinner, has been serving  sushi and traditional Japanese cuisine including hibachi entrees that come with soup, salad, rice, and vegetables, bento boxes, udon noodles, and sampler meals. The menu choices range from steaks and chicken to seafood and vegetarian dishes as well as sushi, all prepared by experienced chefs who create authentic Japanese fare using the finest, freshest ingredients. The relaxed, pleasant atmosphere pairs beautifully with the tasty food and selections from a full bar.
