They’ve been around since 1980 and have changed along with restaurant design and food trends but always have kept their signature dishes on their latest menu. Tucked in an inconspicuous part of Nordstrom’s just beyond the racks of merchandise, the bistro survives and still thrives in 251 stores across America. Iconic, quiet havens detached from the noisy commotion and offerings in fast food courts of malls in their heyday, they offered shoppers a convenient and pleasant respite from their activity. Actually, they still do. Join your WN friends for lunch at the latest iteration of the Cafe Bistro called Nordstrom’s Bazille Restaurant.
