Discussion of Two Articles of Interest

The Health Support and Well-Being Committee will host a discussion on Zoom with interested members on two articles on Thursday, September 8th from 3-4PM. The articles are (1) “A Neurologist’s Tips to Protect Your Memory” and (2) “Feeling Dismissed? How to Spot ‘Medical Gaslighting’ and What to Do About It?”    Janet Giele and Jerry Gans, Co-Chairs of the Committee, will facilitate the discussion.

Only those people who have a New York Times digital account will be able to access the full text articles when signing up for the event. Others, who sign up but don’t have a NYTs digital account, will be sent the text articles by those of us who do have access and with the full permission of the New York Times.  So, when registering for the event, a question will appear that that asks if you have a New York Times digital subscription. If the answer is “no” you will be sent a link to the two articles.

Once you register, you will receive a Zoom invitation with the link you need to join the Zoom event. You will receive another reminder one day  before the event  with the same information.
