Maxine Weintraub will share her delightful stories of living in Kennebunkport, Maine across from the Bush Compound. The adventure started when president Bush knocked on their door with a bottle of champagne to welcome them to the neighborhood.  Hear about elegant dinner parties, at home concerts, book exchanges (delivered by the secret service) and the friendship between Maxine and Barbara Bush.
