Our guest speaker will be Jim McAuliffe.  Jim's topic will be the major arguments for and against the establishment of charter public schools (i.e. the pros and cons) and how Massachusetts has been a national leader in eliminating or reducing many of the negative impacts. Q. & A. and opinions to follow.
