Discussion of a TED Talk on the Science of Bees Monday, May 24th at 3 PM
Many of you may have heard of TED talks, accessible on the Internet.
The TED in TED talks is an acronym for Technology, Entertainment, Design. TED talks stand out from other forms of presentations as an effective medium to convey accurate easy-to-understand information” about a wide variety of topics, things you would like to know more about and others that introduce you to people and ideas that are completely new to you. “The organizers of these events and talks work passionately to spread ideas” and widen your horizons.
Maureen Donlon, a WN memberand a former beekeeper, will lead the discussion and has volunteered to be the commentator for this talk.
