The Health Support Committee invites you to an important presentation. Our feet carry us through life, yet they're often one of the most overlooked parts of our health until something starts to hurt. Join Dr. Jonathan Kaplan, DPM, a Wellesley podiatrist with more than 35 years of experience, for an informative Zoom presentation on keeping your feet healthy, comfortable, and strong as you age.
Dr. Kaplan is affiliated with Newton-Wellesley Hospital and has been caring for patients in the community for decades. During this presentation, he'll discuss common foot conditions such as bunions, heel pain, arthritis, hammertoes, neuropathy, and nail problems. He'll also share practical tips on choosing supportive footwear, preventing falls, caring for diabetic feet, and knowing when it's time to seek professional care.
Whether you're experiencing foot pain or simply want to stay active and independent, you'll leave with practical information you can use every day. Ample time will be reserved for audience questions.
Videoconference information will be provided in an email once registration is complete.
