We Love a Parade!
March, Walk and/or Ride with Wellesley Neighbors on Sunday, May 17th,
12 pm - 3pm
Join fellow Wellesley Neighbors as we march in the Wellesley Veterans’ Parade celebrating the 250th Anniversary of the Birth of America. It’s a fun and visible way to show community spirit and highlight the connections that make Wellesley Neighbors special.
Members are welcome to walk in the parade, ride along in Adele and Fred’s convertible (1-2 spots), or simply cheer from the sidelines as we pass by. We’ll be easy to spot in our new Wellesley Neighbors hats, so come out and celebrate with us.
Whether you’re marching, riding, or waving from the curb, it’s a great opportunity to represent Wellesley Neighbors and enjoy one of Wellesley’s favorite community traditions.
Assembly time is 12 pm. The front rank of walkers will carry a large WN banner, and the convertible will have smaller WN banners on each side.
