Since social services promote well-being and are really appreciated, it is a pleasure to welcome Kathy Hubley  of the Norfolk County Sheriff's Office to the Cocktail Hour and to thank her for her dedication to her mission. The county division where Kathy works provides to Norfolk senior residents a variety of resources and sponsors supportive programs; in fact, that Office is committed to the safety and security of all our county's citizens. She will explain how NCSO's programs function and how residents like us can take advantage of these important resources to help us live safely and independently. Also, a topic of interest to everyone will relate to the most recent "scams" now circulating the computer and telephone environment.
