Conversation about the Recent Total Solar Eclipse"
Friday, May 17th at 5 PM
on ZOOM

We are pleased to welcome Gene Rork, a physicist who had a 49-year career at Lincoln Labs in Lexington, to give a presentation and lead a discussion about the recent solar eclipse. Gene has generously given talks to Wellesley Neighbors in the past, the most recent one related to the one-year anniversary of the James Webb Space Telescope’s photography. Please join us on Zoom for an in-depth assessment of this captivating total solar eclipse, which was visible in 15 states to 31 million people. The next one will occur in 2044 and be seen just in Montana and North Dakota.
