The Jaguar Association of New England will be holding its 48th Concours d’Elegance at Longfellow’s Wayside Inn August 20th, 21st and 22nd. Wellesley Neighbors will be attending on Saturday, August 21st; arriving at 10:30 am.
Here is a unique opportunity to view many varieties of vintage Jaguar cars in the beautiful setting of the Wayside Inn. This is an annual juried event; judges will present awards to Jaguar owners for: best in class, restoration, best in class by category, i.e., year, model, and restoration.
The event is free and is also, open to the general public.
Wellesley Neighbors is NOT planning an organized lunch, but we recommend The Local, 400 Boston Post Road, Wayland, MA (1-508-276-8863) and Bulfinchs Restaurant, 730, Boston Post Road, Sudbury (1-978-443-4094). The Longfellow Wayside Inn is another option but it might be extremely busy due to the number of people attending the event.
